- You swallow the liquid: Do not drink any water; do not induce vomiting; see a doctor if you feel unwell;
- The liquid comes into contact with your eyes or sensitive areas: Rinse with plenty of water and see a doctor if you have an allergic reaction or other symptoms;
- The liquid is spilled on clothes or objects: Rinse with plenty of warm water and clean the surface with a damp cloth;
- You have a particular reaction: Contact Dulcop by calling +39 051 6250711 or by e-mail at safety@dulcop.com.
Dulcop products are tested to guarantee maximum consumer protection: they comply with the highest safety standards and they have been awarded the “Giocattoli Sicuri” certification.
We recommend supervising children when they play to make sure they do not use the product improperly (liquid and/or toy); children must be at least 3 years old so that they have the cognitive ability to blow bubbles on their own.
If stored properly, Dulcop soap bubbles do not have an expiry date. However, once opened, to ensure the best performance we recommend using them within a short period of time.
We only guarantee the full functionality of our bubble toys if they are used with Dulcop bubble liquid.
Of course. Our liquid is also used by professionals.
Our solution already complies with the standards required by the CLP (Classification, Labelling and Packaging) Regulation, which came into force in June 2015.
The Safety Gate (formerly the Rapid Alert System, RAPEX) is the EU information exchange system for dangerous non-food products.
The Safety Gate enables the rapid exchange of information between EU Member States and the European Commission on dangerous non-food products that may endanger the health and safety of consumers.
The system allows for information to be circulated quickly among the national authorities responsible for product safety in the EU Single Market countries.
Each alert contains information on the product type, a description of the risk and the measures taken by the economic operator or ordered by the authority.
Thanks to Safety Gate, it is possible to follow up alerts with appropriate measures, including the withdrawal of products from the market.
